And Fair ?? What is fair ?? I am a Homeowner and have a very large lot. I pay my share of the water for usage. But Condo Owners have paid for more years than you can imagine for the Sewer Plant (at a smaller size) that made it less costly for Homeowners when the time came to expand the Sewage Treatment Plants. They, the Condos, also provided the Sewage that is used to water all City Parks and Greenery. Do you hear them complaining.
The funny thing is that I agree with your Letter and feel that Fairness should always prevail in decisions like this. But it is obvious that the definition of Fair is not the same for all voters.
It is obvious to me from reading and listening to all the information, that our City Council is making it's best effort to be FAIR !!!
If Consultants are required to assist in this determination, then so be it.
