I have a problem understanding the law requirement's for parking or not parking on the swales is it the same for all of Marco ??? I see people parking all over the swales at the beach access near maple & flamingo And also in front of the condo's on seagrape & swallow not to mention the church or the farmer's market Are certain areas singled out ???? If so where on the island is it permitted & not permitted
