Well written Steve This is an every day situation & has no bearing on special event's As you so aptly pointed out These beach access point's were designed for neighborhood use within walking distance of home's /condo's They are simply not equipped or intended for a massive influx of off island user's & because of density constraint's they never will be. There is no easy answer but some form of control is needed It's just not fair to tax paying home owner's and condo's to have their privacy invaded. I appreciate you stepping up with your factual assessment of this issue
