Mayor,

Believe me I see and understand your very significant concerns, but, the method of getting to the solution should not jeopardize our Constitution in the way that has been suggested by Klaus or Obama. If there is to be a way to help insure those who are not fortunate enough to have insurance it should not step on everone's rights deliniated by the best governing document in the world.

Klaus does not understand the fact that the Supreme Court determines whether or not decisions by the Houses of Congress are Constitional or not. The Supreme Court was never designed to make laws. He creates his own, non existant, issues to rant about.
