What should concern the bloggers above is that 557 people turned out of which probably 500 were registered voters. So, a clear demonstration that those voters on Marco Island that vote the majority are still enthusiastic about expressing their sense of Community. Something many of the bloggers do not care about. A great sign as to fighting those who want to bring an end to Cityhood and to those that want to take Marco Island back into the retirement community that is was never destined to be (at least according to Deltona and their Master Plan).
