I think the city council should have a three day conference at the Marriott to decide if $50 is enough to charge for the permit. If three days isn't enough maybe extend it to seven days. Heck, it's only tax money! With all those permits being sold; the money will more than cover the cost of the conference. Sounds like a win/win situation to me.
