There is nothing flawed in a rate table that takes into account cost of service. LCEC does the same. And if someone thinks that Hotels on the Island should pay the same rate as a condo or homeowner, that is absurd. There is a curve that illustrates cost versus use and it confirms the City's rates. But it is always good to hear from those few that always chime in with the same opinions, as do I. Ed Issler
