cribguy, I have watched your video 20 times and I see no "go gettem", "atta boy" in it. I see some slug hitting a kid awful darn hard to make his head snap like that. In my mind this is totally wrong and has no correlation to the Mike story. Your kid was not being disrespectful, he was going out to play. The coach was not reprimanding your kid, he intentionally scoped him out to give him a shot. Different circumstances entirely!!! Mike is a great guy, a
great coach and wonderful influence on our kids. The guy in your video is a thug trying to use his power as a coach against a great athlete. I do not see any positive reinforcement or building an athletes self confidence in this video!
