Exact what I predicted 10 hours earlier today!!! My political potential is fantastic. And my political instinct unbeatable.

Written on Health care ruling looming:
"The clear winners if the law is upheld and allowed to take full effect would be uninsured people in the United States, estimated at more than 50 million."
That is the reason WHY the supreme court will uphold the law. That will happen. This court has responsibility and is reliable. And over all - independent. The best column of the America democracy. Just Germany adapted this system. However - it will be an outstanding and breathtaking victory day for great President Barack Obama. I am proud of this great President. America has to give him to honor with "THE GREAT". President Barack Obama the Great!

Great President Barack Obama I salute you. In November you will win. Like an avalanche.

Pay attention, the Supreme Court opinion as offered from Judge Roberts, held the mandate to purchase health insurance as unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause but then defined the mandate as a tax. As such, as a tax, the mandate is constitutional.
Now, going forward, Americans will review the Affordable Health Care Act, as 26 state attorney generals did, when they went to court to lay claim it was a tax.
Now, it is clear by Supreme Court decree this mandate is a TAX, so now Americans can review with clarity the power of the IRS to enforce the law. And in that light, I believe the election of 2012 will be more engaging and poignant when compared to 2010. Remember, Obama after the 2010 congressional election, said: "shellacking" to describe the Democratic election results.
The past gives us a glimpse of the future. And the ruling of the highest court in the land, is offering a glimpse by allowing Americans to voice there concerns in the upcoming elections.
Love your enthusiasm, but I cherish liberty. For the record, I agree strongly with the dissenting opinion of Judge Kennedy.
