I know there are a lot of conservatives, Tea Partiers, Republicans, etc that are screaming mad about Judge Roberts going to the left however you wish to define the left, but his statement puts the responsibility of policy and viability of Obamacare in the hands of the people.

Now I will again maintain my prediction that Mr. Romney will win because the folks will vote based on economy and debt which are impacted by the out of wedlock birth of Obamacare and all the new taxes on all the classes, including the MIDDLE CLASS.

Again, if history offers insight, I recall a president Bush who broke his promise of "read my lips, no new taxes" losing to Mr. Clinton. So if president Obama says "no new taxes on those earning less than $250K", he has just been advised by the highest court in the land. Obamacare is a new tax. And now the folks, can ask if they wish to pay new taxes.

Note: Politics suck but policy matters.
