Imagine, the city claims it has cut spending when it transfers reserve monies to pay for more stuff.

And you could include candidates Mr. Petricca and Mr. Honecker as excellent replacements for existing council.

There will be no baby kissing photo ops with these candidates, simply a keen sense of what is the role of local governance. Is it to protect us at all cost? Stop this craziness!
