I know, let's make all cups, lids, and straws out of Rearden steel, hooked together with tiny tungsten chains. Those nasty beach going guzzlers would have to put down a hefty deposit, but they'd get it back when they were done.

Have we gone insane? How about the health and safety issue of swale parking? Kids are still stepping out in front of cars and line-of-sight is restricted for drivers. Lots of talk, no action.

Latest Marco brilliance can be witnessed on South Collier, grass and dirt has been trimmed back from the road, snow plow style, and now HUGE clumps sit in the Swales along the road. Looks like xxxx! Is there no adult leadership in city government?
