It doesn't matter how they were killed. My question still stands. Why are there no dead rag heads?

In Egypt they climbed the wall and then the flag pole to get our flag. How does this happen with out a few dead rag heads at the bottom of the flag pole?

Obamas answer will be to apologize to them. He will tell them he is sorry that an American company created youtube. He will tell them that America is sorry that they chose to watch that movie.
