The area's involved are purely residential and were being quickly transformed into something adverse as to the original intent.
I do agree with the poster's suggestion to increase the launch fee's particularly at Caxambas. Launch fee's here at our 32 mile lake here in northern ny are $20 in $20 out & $10 for a parked vehicle. People are gladly paying
for the privilege much cheaper than owning & paying yearly property tax
