EAGLEPALOOZA post from January 27, 2012 stated: “A school that has 80 students and 20 potential football players has no sense forming a football program. This school since day one has lacked sound direction both academically and athletically. Any solid athlete will be wasting their prime high school years playing there. If you have a child that wants to become a student athlete and play in a "real" sports environment than Lely is the only choice for the Marco Island resident.” The level of discipline at MIA is zero tolerance for behavior that is disruptive in the class room. The quarterback that started for MIA against St. John Neumann game was benched for the first three quarters for not adhering to the MIA discipline code and the student athlete has a 3.5 grade point average. I applaud MIA’s football coaches, principal and teachers for instilling discipline in the classroom and question would the other high school you suggested the MIA athletes attend sit a starter on the bench for talking out in class? The new starting quarterback for the game did a phenomenal job stepping up with only a few days to prepare. The coach and principal allowed the quarterback from the St. John Neumann game to return in the fourth quarter and his first play from the line of scrimmage was a 60 yard touchdown pass. It is my understanding that the student athlete accepts he has to earn his position back as a starter by his actions in the classroom which he now realizes are more important than as his performance on the field. The fact that you misspelled several words in your previous posts served as an explanatory of why EAGLEPALOOZA has no meaning. In your glory days you must have been a boxer “The EAGLE” and obviously had one too many rope-a-dopes. You must not have been successful because you became known as a palooka which is an epithet for an easily beaten athlete. The name is used primarily towards boxers who lacked physical intelligence and coordination. The correct spelling of your name is “EAGLEPALOOKA” not “EAGLEPALOOZA”. If you need assistance updating your profile with the paper simply reach out and I will help facilitate but remember when doing so always maintain your gloves upward to protect your head from further brain damage!
