This is an outright LIE! I have never been quoted or said anything about re-use water, nor have Ken Honecker or Amadeo Petricca. Magel made sure Bill Trotter's proposal to increase the rate from $1.54 was defeated as he continually misled people about the "true cost" being less than that amount, which not even City Staff could agree to!
