Including all the people that Obama has driven from the workforce, unemployment is 12%.

Although only 114,000 new jobs were reported by employers — which is not even enough to keep up with the flow of new graduates and immigrants — the unemployment rate fell from 8.1 percent to 7.8 percent because so many people left the workforce again, and because a survey of households showed a spike in part-time employment.

So what in heck is Obama celebrating? Is he mocking all the folks that have given up looking for work or gone on SS Disability? Fact - Many more people have gone on Disability, since Obama took office, than have found jobs. But when he takes them out of the workforce like this, unemployment goes down.
