ECFP,
Want to bet on all that? Romney himself can't repeal every piece of anti business legislation. Clean coal is an oxymoron. No such thing. Not that I care, I just think the name is amusing. Yes the technology is better and the emissions from burning coal are better. We'll see what happens with them. I hope your right. I seriously doubt there will ever be a day when I'm fishing oil rigs off Marco Island. I hope so. But I doubt it.

The printing presses will never stop. Every developed nation in the world is printing. It is a global race to debase their nations currency. America has at least $60 trillion in unfunded liabilities. There is no way to stop the deficit spending now with out serious cuts to medicare and defense along with social programs. Add to that, the not in labor force number is increasing. That means less revenue against rising costs.

For example. Healthcare costs are rising at 9%+ every year in America. At that rate in less than 10 years health care will consume more than the entire $2.5 trillion the federal government takes in. Explain how you'll pay for that without running deficits? Here's the best part. Neither party will address the root of the health care problem! Rising costs! That are of their making by granting special privileges to the healthcare industry! Do some research on the industry and you will find monopolistic practices everywhere. There is no free market price discovery in healthcare. Nobody in DC will even discuss it! Campaign donations are more important!

1.Maybe Romney can't repeal every regulation, that's not where I'm coming from. But he will repeal alot of the anti capitalistic business regs that (Obama put in and are getting ready to go in) are strangling our businesses, causing small business to go out of business, and causing people with entreprenural skills and ambition not to go into business. These businesses hire people, pay their salaries, and thus...these people "pay" taxes into the treasury, they don't suck off the government, and are able to purchase more items that helps the economy and business grow. 2.Lets not split hairs,if the technology and emissions from coal is better, and the plants Obama is going to close, produces fuel and employ people, then that's all that matters. These employed people are then not sucking on the government. And since coal production adds to our energy resources,it helps,to that the cost doesn't go up as high,so the average American will have more money in their pocket.Once again,so they can buy things they need, also stimulating businesses, that pay taxes into the system.3.Lets not be extreme, there will be no oil rigs off Marco Island, you can still use a boat like everyone else does.4.Medicare Fraud costs billions of dollars per year.Cut the fraud and see how much better the system does. Also, frivilous law suits are causing rising costs both for Doctors who have to pay enormous medical malpractice insurance and insurance companies who are also paying for that. This situation has to be managed. They need to let people buy health insurance across state lines. See how a some free capitalistic competition affects a health care premium. Right now the health care companies have us trapped and they know it. The premiums are extortion.
