That referendum was the brain storm of Mr. Magel, and he confidently thought that it would pass.

That alone should of made those currently on council to ask more probing questions, but no they went along to get along. All the whilst, citizens were asking: what is going on?

Thanks, Ken for keeping the folks informed, because the Chairman is too busy sending out emails and letters misinforming selected organizations.
