How many times does a man have to act unethically in order for the public to see him as he is? First bullet voting, (a legal, but unethical method to stuff the ballot box), next the use of a very questionable, yet unethical method of disseminating untrue information, not once but twice and who knows what else?
If these are the people who the citizen's wish to have sitting on city council spending their tax money and deciding what the future of the island will look like. So be it.
But if many of us do not wish for our "paradise" to be turned into another down town Miami or Atlantic City, the should do some research and think twice who they vote for.
