Be serious. You know the political system in America. If the concrete unmentionables called Republicans are NOT cooperative, the President can do nothing!!!! You know that.
But I believe that President Obama will do it like Reagan, Clinton, Roosevelt not Bush W and manage the country without any compromise or restrictions of a re-election. All second term Presidents - except Bush W did historically GOOD.
