I was told by the gentleman on the phone you can't collect unless you have a valid claim. All claims are investigated before and checks are sent out to recipients.

If you know someone who is receiving benefits illegally. It is YOUR responsibility to report them.

Your cash reward will be based on the departments investigation results.
