If you take a look in other civilized countries you learn that the right of strikes is in America not part of the constitutions. You have the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act. That's all. President Barack Obama can just forbidden a strike if it comes to imperil of the national health or safety (Taft-Hartley Act of 1947). That means no Economical Threats! USA faces Economical Threats in the moment in Washington. Created by the Republicans. I wish America has an Taft-Hartley Act for wild or stupid Republicans. So hopefully President Barack Obama comes together with the Republicans and solves the fiscal cliff problems and ignore the strike in Florida. This workers fight for better conditions for their families. That is their right. Nothing else!
