Please notice how many homes are for sale. There is so much red (For Sale) that you can't see the island on the map.

When to many properties are on the market, that considered a buyers market prices fall.....

When to few homes are on the market that's a sellers market. (less than 6 months supply) Then only them, will prices increase.

Looking at the map, I think everybody wants out?
