Even in Alabama and in Kentucky they have to learn, that America is under taxed. If "W" Bush didn't ruin the economy and destroyed to many jobs America will be in a better shape. On the other hand if I see the lousy management of GM or Chrysler I come to the conclusion that America has to renew his system. If the protagonists of the system fail the system failed. I guess a social market economy is the right answer. The social market economy seeks a market economic system rejecting both socialism and laissez-faire capitalism, combining private enterprise with measures of government regulation in an attempt to establish fair competition, low inflation, low levels of unemployment, a standard of working conditions, and social welfare. The term "social" was chosen rather than "socialist" to distinguish the social market economy from a system in which the state directed economic activity and owned the means of production, which are privately-owned in the social market model. Time to change and time to act!
