" Hideaway Beach will pay for most of its beach erosion control project, but some portion may be funded using tourist or ad valorem tax dollars."
What means "MOST"? A private fenced beach has nothing to do with tourism. If tourists rent a condo or home at Hideaway the landlord get the rent. And if my seawall is washed out I get NO valorem tax dollars at all. I smell a very stinky compromise. Let's sing the song: OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Fialala, Fialala,Fialala! ...is open the tax-payers money bar!!!!
