■ Giving schools flexibility to use federal grant money to improve school safety, such as by hiring school resource officers.ALREADY CAN BE INCLUDED IN THEIR BUDGETS.

■ Giving communities grants to institute programs to keep guns away from people who shouldn't have them. WHY, WE ALREADY HAVE PROGRAMS LIKE BACKGROUND CHECKS.

Just feel good bogus laws, what a jerk. Just enforce the existing laws.
