Well, let's see .... summon the trial attorneys, fence off the lake, demolish the little boat dock, put up at least 100 warning signs five feet apart, and hire a couple of guards to yell at people who get within 10 feet of the fence or walk on the grass instead of the path. That should fix the problem.
