Be Happy....Those "Snowbirds" keep your property taxes low. Those restaurants that stay open after season is over is because of "Snowbird" dollars, not your dollars!

You live it a tourist town like it or not. And it's common knowledge that contractors on this island over charges everyone! I have seen it first hand.

What do you think a fair hourly wage should be?

The BBB (Better Business Bureau) is run buy it's members! So when you call them to find a contractor who do you think they will refer? That's right, dues paying members.

Paying dues and building a deck are two different trades.

The only reason contractors in Florida are licensed is because of state income taxes due buy businesses.

Your making money as a business you must pay the state income tax!

Buying A license and taking a test DOES NOT make you a good contractor!
