President Barack Obama declared 33 years after the legendary quote from Ronald Reagan, that the Government was the problem, and 17 years after Bill Clinton's weak admission that the time of a strong Government in Washington had expired, this era ended. It calls for a wise Government, reasonably balanced spending cuts and higher revenues, so more in taxes, and has money for much-needed investment. Investment in education, infrastructure and climate change.
