MICA is a valuable asset to this primarily residential community Marco unlike Ft myer's and other beach community's does not need tourist industry to survive That is why most folk's moved here and are willing to pay the price for that luxury.
MICA is a big factor keeping this communinty a comfortable place to live. I support them in their effort's and hope they continue to be a watchdog against the blacktopping of the island
