Do you not think that Kramer was not smart enough to know what he might be able to do after he ignored the law in the first place?
This might have been his plan to begin with and now do you suggest that the court lets him get away with his actions? Do we now slap him on the hand for ignoring the law? Are you suggesting that it is OK to break the law and then hope to attempt to make good after the fact?
Whether there are people around the course who want it or not has nothing at all to do with the law as do any petitions by anyone else.
