Again,We all have high opinions for Mr.Savage and his dedication to Marco Island, Deltona Corp and the Mackle Brothers.
Mr.Savage, With all due respect I believe this is not about the Putt-Putt but rather following the rules about Zoning, Building and Construction.
Yourself being a prominent Artichect on Marco Island since the beginning would be the first person to know this. The course may be just fine but if the rules are changed the next project may not be fine but the rule change will give the green light as the precedence will the be set by the Putt-Putt. This is where the danger lies.
So, please do not be fooled as this is not just about the course. It would be as if the island that you help created was to totally change if the rules are "flexed" or "ammended" to allow the course. This is like the "wolf in sheeps clothing"
Please apply your vast knowledge as I know you know what is right here.
Also, I do not agree with MICA and the parking lot. I think as owners we are due a place to park as I would be willing to support maintence but the fees keep on rising. Those who live here full time act as if you are an outsider with those parking lots. Those lots should be available to the "owners of property on Marco Island" as I am shure that was a selling point from Deltona to be able to park at the beach. This I support as wrong and needs to change.
