To blame one thing on the other is not quite correct. Yes the conservatives were pushing their religious based agenda but it was the Democrats who opened the doors in order to receive votes from those who came into the country and for those who were sitting back in this country not having to do a darn thing for their funding. What about those millions who have been on the take with welfare for decades and all we hear are the whining liberals is that we owe it to them.
Hogwash, many of them could have received a decent education but no they drank on the street, played basketball and to h*ll with getting an education. Fatherless families with children from several donors without any intent to help with the child's upbringing, so that both "parents" can stay on the dole. Who supported this for more than the last 40 years?
To blame the problem on one side is being blind to the total picture. We are screwed up and unless we figure a way out of this mess our children's children and for generations to come.
My answer to part of the problem is off of the dole and to get their capable butts to work. If the work for immigrants is not bad then it should be the same for those who can work and just sit back and collect your money and my money in order to do nothing except breed and ad more lives to the problem.
