He held progressively more important marketing and executive positions on his way to becoming his company's chief executive officer for 16 years prior to his retirement.</p> <p>Since that event 10 years ago, Bill has been involved in numerous community and business activities including hosting a series of TV shows for the Insurance Broadcasting System.</p> <p>Bill's early journalistic experience included sports reporting and broadcasting, writing a weekly sports column, working as a copy boy for a major New York City daily and serving as a correspondent for a leading news service.</p> en-us
