Colonial Homes opens models at Rookery Pointe

The Alexandria is two-bedroom plus study/two-bath/family room design with 2,086 square feet under air. The Alexandria is priced at $259,990, including homesite and upgrades.

The Montgomery is a two-story design with three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths with 2,542 square feet under air. The master suite is located on the first floor and two guest bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. The Montgomery is priced at $525,000, including furnishings.

The Mt. Dora is a three bedroom plus study/2-1/2-bath design with 2,625 square feet under air priced at $650,000, including furnishings.

The Bridge Hampton is a two-story design with three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, an expanded master suite and a bonus room with 2,879 square feet under air. The model is priced at $278,990, including homesite and upgrades.

Colonial Homes is offering three collections of home designs. The Signature Collection home has floor plans ranging from 1,560 to 3,200 square feet under air. The homes include two-bedroom plus den/two-bath designs to homes with four bedrooms, three baths and a den. The Classic Collection has designs ranging from 1,794 to 3,577 square feet under air in three- and four-bedroom designs. The Presidential Collection has 15 designs ranging from 1,800 to 3,600 square feet under air in three, four, and five-bedroom floor plans.

Rookery Pointe will have 236 single-family homes. Pre-construction prices start from the $200s.

Community features include a clubhouse with a gathering room, fitness center, media room and kitchen, and a pool with sun deck. Additional amenities include a tot lot, Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball court and an in-line skate area.
