Following are the menus for lunches in Collier & Lee County public schools for Monday through Friday.

COLLIER COUNTY

Following are the menus for lunches in Collier County Public Schools for Monday through Friday.

In addition to the menus listed, a self-serve salad bar meal or chef's salad is available daily at all elementary and secondary schools; a choice of fruits and vegetables is offered daily at each school.

All schools offer a variety of entree items such as pizza or assorted hot/cold sandwiches. Lunch prices are: elementary, $1.50; secondary, $1.75; and adult, $2.50.

Three types of milk are available: low-fat white milk, low-fat flavored milk and skim milk.

MONDAY — Gilardo's pepperoni or cheese pizza, assorted sandwiches, veggies with dip, baked pineapple fruit dessert.

TUESDAY — Senatorial baked chicken, school's choice second entree, congressional corn-on-the-cob, whole-wheat roll and red, blue on white baked dessert.

WEDNESDAY — Chicken nuggets, Sloppy Joe with bun, seasoned wedges, hot roll and rosy applesauce.

THURSDAY — Macaroni and cheese, weenie winks, deli smoked turkey, cheese sub, garden peas, sliced pears and gelatin.

FRIDAY — Nachos and salad supreme, fish nuggets, steamed broccoli, cinnamon roll and spiced peaches.

LEE COUNTY

Below are the menus for lunches in Bonita Springs, Estero and other Lee County Public Schools for Monday through Friday.

The lunch prices: elementary school, $1.60; middle and high schools, $1.85. Milk is served with every meal. Extra milk costs 40 cents.

MONDAY — Cheese pizza or hamburger on a bun and choice of two: steamed spinach, tossed salad, oven-baked fries, lettuce and tomato and fresh fruit.

TUESDAY — Nachos with meat and cheese or baked potato bar and choice of two: steamed broccoli, whole-wheat roll, carrot and celery sticks and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY — Lasagna or grilled chicken nuggets and choice or two: Italian bread slice, mixed green salad, green beans and Minute Maid frozen fruit bar.

THURSDAY — Chef salad or beef taco and choice of two: lettuce and tomato, whole wheat roll and fruit crisp.

FRIDAY — Macaroni and cheese or breaded chicken nuggets and choice of two: school-baked roll, green peas, tater tots and chilled peaches.
