Forum

The Unitarian-Universalist Congregation of Naples, 6340 10th Ave. S.W., is sponsoring a free forum with Mary Okumu at 9:15 a.m. Sunday. Okumu is a delegate to the conference on conflict management at Harvard University and will speak on women's peace activities. Information: 455-6553.

Women

's meetings

Women of WOW! will meet for tea and fellowship at 10 a.m. today at Unity of Naples Church, 2000 Unity Way, Fellowship hall. The meeting will celebrate the group's second anniversary and will explore ways to promote spiritual growth, social interaction, serve the community and support each other. Information: 775-3009.

Moorings Presbyterian Women will meet for a salad luncheon hosted by the Martha Circle at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 at Moss Hall, 791 Harbour Drive. Entertainment will be provided by a trio, and the Collier County Education Foundation will provide a speaker. Retreat offered

A retreat for area Lutheran women will be held at 9 a.m. Nov. 15 at the Forest Glen Country Club, Collier Blvd. The Retreat includes a buffet lunch, gift drawings and Christian centered book selections. The cost is $20 and reservations are required. Information: 394-3362.

Marco Presbyterian

A women's Bible study will take place at 9:30 a.m. Fridays at Marco Presbyterian Church, 875 West Elkcam Circle, Multipurpose building, Marco Island. The study is based on the Navigator Press book "Six Choices That Will Change Your Life." Information: 394-6254.

An organ concert to benefit the Odessa Organ Project will be held at 6 p.m. Nov. 16 at 875 West Elkcam Circle, Marco Island. Larry Rolf, organist and chairman of the practical theology department at Knox Theological Seminary in Fort Lauderdale, will perform. Rolf is raising funds to purchase an organ for the Reformed Church in Odessa, which will be the only pipe organ in a worshipping congregation in the entire nation of the Ukraine. Concerts

Moorings Presbyterian Church, 791 Harbour Drive, invites the community to a vespers concert at 4 p.m. Sunday. The concert will feature Douglas Renfroe, a baritone soloist, singing The Five Mystical Songs of Ralph Vaughan Williams. The Chancel Choir, piano soloist Richard Bosworth and Richard Crofts conducting the orchestra will also be part of the concert. An offering will be received. Information: 261-1487.

St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 625 111th St. N., presents the Rev. Jerry Kaywell and band at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11 and Wednesday, Nov. 12 in a benefit concert. Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church, 1225 Piper Blvd., will present Music for a Sunday Evening at 7:30 p.m Nov. 23. The concert features the Schola Cantorum from Middle Tennessee State University School of Music which will perform choral works from the Renaissance to the present. Classes for new members

Rummage and bake sale

Duplicate bridge
