Builders named for 2004 CBIA Parade of Homes

The eight builders will offer 10 new furnished models, including attached and single-family villas and estate homes. The builders are Stock Construction, Sussex Homes, Florida Bay Communities, Distinctive Communities, Vision Builders, Breakwater Custom Homes, Titan Custom Homes and Empire Builders.

The annual event displays the latest residential trends in the Collier County market, including architectural innovations, building technologies, interior merchandising trends and landscape designs. This year's Parade of Homes is expected to have more than 10 homes on display, representing the diversity of homes available in the Naples real estate market.

CBIA is a not-for-profit trade association affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. It represents the interests of more than 800 area home builders, light commercial builders, developers, remodelers, subcontractors and suppliers to the building industry.

Olde Cypress offers eight neighborhoods of luxury homes with prices starting from the mid-$300s to more than $1.5 million, and single-family homesites starting in the low $100s.

Social membership to the Spanish Mediterranean clubhouse is included with each home purchase. The Clubhouse offers a players lounge, library, casual and fine indoor and outdoor dining, Barcelona Bar, fitness center, media center, card rooms, private lockers for each golfing member and a fully-staffed golf pro shop. An 18-hole, par-72 P.B. Dye golf course is limited to 350 golf members who may opt to own their own golf cart. Four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts and a heated lap pool complete the amenities.

The central sales center is at the community entrance off Immokalee Road 1.3 miles east of Interstate 75 at Exit 111.
