Lely Resort partners with Boys & Girls Club

Stock Development has announced plans for the Kids Klub House at Lely Resort to benefit the Naples area Boys & Girls Club of America.

Stock Construction, the building division of Stock Development, is partnering with many of its sub-contractors, interior designers and vendors to build a furnished model home. When sold, the majority of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to the Boys & Girls Club.

Stock Construction's courtyard-style Savannah model is being built on a homesite in the Chatham Point neighborhood at Lely Resort. The three-bedroom/three-bath home includes a detached guest suite overlooking the courtyard and pool. It offers 1,945 square feet under air. Including the screened lanai and two-car garage, this design has 2,642 total square feet.

A contest was held at the Boys & Girls Club to name the home. The winning entry was Kids Klub House. Four area interior designers will each be furnishing a room in holiday themes for an open house scheduled for the last two weeks of December.

"The home is base priced from $308,000," said Claudine Legr-Wetzel, Stock Development's director of marketing and community relations. "With four professional designers furnishing the model, we expect a much higher sale price. A substantial six-figure donation to the Boys & Girls Club is our goal."

Boys & Girls Clubs of America (www.bgca.org) comprises a national network of more than 3,300 neighborhood-based facilities annually serving some 3.6 million young people, primarily from disadvantaged circumstances.

Lely Resort's central sales center is at 8020 Grand Lely Drive.
