The second race of the three was held Saturday, when Jim Shaw of Davie won over Ken Etchison of Sarasota by running dead on his dial (5.20) with a .514 RT. Etchison had a slight edge on the light (.511) but ran a 5.07 ET on a 5.06 dial.

On Sunday, eliminations got started in the early afternoon with drivers gunning for one last shot at $10,000. In the finale, Jason Lynch of Tennessee defeated Josh Hatcher of Naples.
