Buildings topped off in Longhurst at Legends

Longhurst consists of eight four-story, 30-unit buildings. Prices begin in the $130s, including social membership at the club.

Longhurst offers a choice of four floor plans ranging from 1,170 to 1,534 square feet under air. Each home has a secured storage space, covered parking and elevator access to upper floors. The building also has a custom colored concrete tile roof.

The Clifton is a two-bedroom/two-bath model with 1,170 square feet under air and a total of 1,277 square feet. The Carlisle is a two-bedroom/two-bath home with 1,377 square feet under air and 1,468 total square feet.

The Berkshire is a two-bedroom/two-bath model with a den and an expanded kitchen. It has 1,534 square feet under air and 1,630 total square feet. The Bradford is a two-bedroom/two-bath model with separate living and dining areas. It has 1,332 square feet under air and 1,443 total square feet.

All floor plans include ceramic tile in foyer, baths, kitchen, breakfast area and laundry room, General Electric washer and dryer, white GE appliance package including self-cleaning glass top electric range, a 21.7-cubic-foot refrigerator with ice and water in the door, microwave and multi-cycle dishwasher. The kitchens also include porcelain enamel steel double compartment sinks and custom, raised panel cabinets. Baths have cultured marble sinks and countertops.

Legends' amenities include a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse. There are six tennis courts, a heated community pool and spa with furnished sun decks and shaded areas, locker rooms, pro shop, a fitness center, formal dining room and banquet hall, grill room/lounge, snack bar and outdoor dining areas. Legends has an 18 hole, par-72 golf course.
