Longo opens four models at Longshore Lake

The models are the new designs in the Executive Series, which includes a total of nine home style choices, and include the Montserrat, Trinidad, Catalina and St. Kitts. Interior design and furnishings of the models are by Longo Interiors.

The Montserrat is a three-bedroom plus study/three-bath design with 2,208 air-conditioned square feet and 2,995 total square feet including a two-car garage, lanai and entry. The home is priced at $457,000 with furnishings, pool and homesite. The Montserrat is base-priced from $357,000, including homesite.

The Trinidad is a three-bedroom/two-bath design with 2,165 air-conditioned square feet and 2,950 total square feet including a two-car garage, lanai and entry. The model is priced at $431,000 with furnishings, pool and homesite. The Trinidad is base-priced from $296,200, including homesite.

The Catalina model is a great room plan with three bedrooms, two baths, an outdoor kitchen and pool. The model has 1,991 square feet of air-conditioned living area and 2.804 total square feet including a two-car garage, lanai and entry. The model is priced at $427,700 with furnishings, pool and homesite. The Catalina is base-priced from $328,000, including homesite.

The St. Kitts is a courtyard design with three bedrooms, of which one is a cabana, three baths, 1,828 square feet of air-conditioned living area and 2,738 total square feet including a two-car garage, lanai and entry. The model is priced at $387,000 with furnishings, pool and homesite. The St. Kitts is base-priced from $307,200, including homesite.

The base price of the new designs start at $252,200 without a pool. Executive homesites are priced from $55,000.

Longshore Lake amenities include a clubhouse, boat dock, Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness center and a swimming pool overlooking the lake.
