Toll Brothers open new offices

Westminster Mortgage and Westminster Title are located at 28331 U.S. 41 S., Suite 8, south of Bonita Beach Road. The telephone number is 239-495-7090.

"The growth of Toll Brothers' communities in Southwest Florida and the growth of requests for mortgage and title services prompted the decision to expand these companies and move them into their own offices," said Ralph Reinert, vice president of Toll Brothers.

According to Reinert, the company's mortgage and title services are available for general real estate transactions as well as for purchases and sales within Toll Brothers' communities.

Tracie Walsh, senior mortgage loan officer, will be responsible for mortgage operations within the new office. She began her career in banking in Michigan, and has gained more than 15 years of experience in mortgage lending. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, she worked with WCI Communities.

Joell Lasley, state manager for Westminster Title, will oversee the Bonita Springs title operation. She entered the title services profession following a career in retail management more than seven years ago. Her previous experience includes positions with K. Hovanian's Title Co., Eastern National Title and Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. She has been with Toll Brothers for more than two years.

Toll Brothers currently operates 185 communities in 21 states. Toll Brothers' West Florida Division includes Naples Lakes Country Club in Naples; The Enclave and Villa d'Este at Palmira Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs; Belle Lago in Estero; and Sanibel View in Fort Myers.
