St. Matthew's House resident Rhonda Griffin shelves canned goods
that arrived at the shelter on Monday from a canned food and
clothing drive held on Saturday at Tamiami Ford Inc. with West
Coast Muscle Car Club and Clear Channel Radio. St. Matthew's has a
special need for donations that include frozen turkeys,
non-perishable food items, hygiene kits and linens. With the
holidays on the way, not only does the shelter feed more people,
they deliver turkeys to families in need. Lisa Krantz/Staff
