Final sales contract recorded at St. Moritz

ESTERO -- The final sales contract was recently recorded at St. Moritz, a neighborhood of 37 single-family homes built by Pulte Homes Inc. at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.

According to Jill Hoffman, the director of sales and marketing for the Southwest Florida market of Pulte Homes, marketing of the detached villa neighborhood began in October 2001.

St. Moritz is situated along the western edge of Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. The neighborhood's 12 acres are surrounded by the lakes, fairways and greens of the 10th, 11th and 18th holes of the community's Arthur Hills Signature Golf Course.

The four single-family floor plans range from 2,000 to more than 2,700 square feet of living area. Each two- and three-bedroom home has a two-car garage, a screened lanai and a choice of three exteriors. Prices started in the $320s, including homesite.

St. Moritz is the second Pulte Homes neighborhood to sell out this year at Miromar Lakes. The final sales contracts at Tivoli, a neighborhood of 76 detached villas, were recorded in August.

The centerpiece of Miromar Lakes is the Beach Club, framed by two miles of beach and 700 acres of lakes. Residents can use the lakes for water skiing, boating and fishing.

Phase I of the Beach Club's Mediterranean-style buildings includes a 10,000-square-foot zero-edge resort-style pool, a 12-foot diameter whirlpool, the Blue Water Beach Grill, a fitness center and European-style spa, Har-Tru tennis courts, playground and concierge services.

Phase II will include a Beach Clubhouse with dining, lakefront terraces, a private function room, lounge with a wine room, theater, game room, card room, conference room and learning center.

Miromar Lakes includes an Arthur Hills Signature golf course and the golf club offers the Mike Calbot Instruction Studio, practice facilities and driving range, pro shop and golf clubhouse.
