The 24.4-acre site for Lakewood Village is on the west side of Lakewood Boulevard approximately one-quarter mile north of Gladiolus Drive west of the intersection of Gladiolus and Summerlin Road. Lakewood Village will consist of 190 townhomes in two-story buildings of six and eight units each. Each home is a two-story design with the master and secondary bedrooms on the second floor. The two floor plans each offer three bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Every home has an attached garage.
The Milan has 1,580 square feet of living area and 2,004 total square feet, including a single-car garage. Prices for the floor plan start in the $150s.
The Montenero has 1,715 square feet under air and 2,273 total square feet, with a two-car garage. Prices for the floor plan start in the low $170s.
Lakewood Village will have a recreation pavilion with a pool, sun deck and pool cabana.
