In fact, the featured attraction is a wetland itself. On top of it all, it's serendipity.
Collier County Parks and Recreation was merely eradicating exotic plants and trees next to the public parking lot at the Vanderbilt Public Beach. In the bargain the work introduced the public to nature at the front porch of The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.
Nature-watching can't get any easier. The public can stand on the sidewalk and look south at a finger of Clam Bay. Birds and animals abound.
