Jeff Cannon, 16, has his mother, Sandy Cannon, tune the drones of his bagpipes in the parking lot of Pelican Marsh Elementary School on Tuesday. Jeff was at the school to perform as part of a presentation on Scotland by Meghan Hovell, 7, for her second-grade class. Teacher Laura Richardson had her students do the presentations on the countries of their ancestors.
