Laguna neighborhood launched at Fiddler's Creek

GBP Ltd., one of the Gulf Bay Group of Companies, developer of Fiddler's Creek, has unveiled plans for a new enclave of luxury coach homes characterized by a Venetian-influenced architectural style.

The Laguna neighborhood at Fiddler's Creek will have 16 eight-unit coach home buildings that each offer lakefront vistas. Home prices start from the mid-$300s.

Four designs, offering three-bedroom/three-bath and three-bedroom/3-1/2-bath plans, range from 2,100 to 2,450 square feet of living space. Each home includes courtyard entries, screened lanais and a private, attached two-car garage.

Kitchen features include GE Profile series appliances: gas range with self-cleaning oven, space-saver microwave, side-by-side refrigerator and a dishwasher. The kitchen will also have Raffinati imported Italian raised panel cabinetry, a Kohler cast iron white double bowl sink and a Grohe faucet.

The baths will include ceramic tile shower floors, walls and tub surrounds, white-on-white cultured marble tub and dual vanities in the master bath, and Raffinati imported Italian raised panel cabinets.

Each home will include pre-wiring for digital technology in select rooms, and multi-media wall plates with enhanced dual CAT5e and dual coaxial cables for televisions, telephones and computers.

Fiddler's Creek is a gated 3,931-acre master-planned community with homes ranging from the $200,000s to more than $4 million. Amenities include a 54,000-square-foot Club & Spa, tennis, golf, dining, boating and beach access. The community is on Collier Boulevard, three miles south of U.S. 41 East.
